The clipboard that remembers — and keeps it private.
Pocketry lives in your menu bar. It keeps everything you copy, rewrites and summarizes it with AI that runs on your Mac, and never sends a thing to the cloud.

Copy result
Everything you copy, one shortcut away.
Press ⌃⌥V from any app, type to search, hit Return to paste. No window to manage.
AI on your Mac
Summarize, clean up, translate, or write your own actions like “polite email”. It uses Apple’s on-device model, so your text stays put.
Snippets that expand
Save text you type often, then type ;sig in any app and watch it appear. Supports dates and your clipboard.
Protects sensitive data
Ignores password managers, and hides API keys, tokens and card numbers, then deletes them after two minutes.
Text, images and files
Keeps all three, with thumbnails and a Space-bar preview. Pull the text out of any image with built-in OCR.
Pins and collections
Pin what you reuse and file it into collections like Work or Replies. Pinned items never expire.
Paste as…
Paste as UPPERCASE, a URL slug, pretty-printed JSON, or a link with the tracking removed.
Private by design.
A clipboard sees your passwords, drafts and private messages. Pocketry is built so that never leaves your Mac.

Questions
What do I need to run it?
A Mac running macOS 26 or later. The AI actions (summarize, clean up, translate) need Apple Intelligence, which requires a Mac with Apple silicon. Everything else, including OCR, works without it.
Does anything leave my Mac?
No. The app doesn’t connect to the internet to work. Your history, snippets and settings are stored on your Mac, and the AI runs on-device.
Will it record my passwords?
It skips copies from password managers such as 1Password and Bitwarden, and anything an app marks as sensitive. Text that looks like an API key, token or card number is hidden and deleted after two minutes by default. You can change that in Settings.
Why does it ask for Accessibility permission?
Only to paste into the app you were using and to expand snippets as you type. It’s optional: without it, Pocketry still copies, and you press ⌘V yourself.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 30 days. See the refund policy.
