License
When you buy Pocketry, Jonathan Lazoff grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on the Macs you own or control. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, except as allowed by law.
Free trial
The trial lets you try every feature for 14 days. After that, a license is required to keep using the app.
Your data
You are responsible for what you copy and paste. The app stores your clipboard history locally; see the Privacy Policy. You should keep your own backups, and you can use the built-in export.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, or that it will correctly detect every sensitive item. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
Updates and changes
We may update the app and these terms. If we change them materially, we will say so on this page.
